General terms

— Client's use and understanding —

Before commissioning me, it is very important that you read these terms so that there are no problems and I can accept your order. By accepting and purchasing my artist commission services, you agree to all the conditions set forth below.

  • Personal use: non-profit icon/avatar, wallpaper, entertainment, print it for home decoration or gift.

  • Digital Commercial use: +50% of total price (May use the artwork for monetized platform like Twitch and Youtube; Streaming graphics (Loading screen, schedule, social media, banner...) Cover art (Music album, Light novel, Comic.....)

  • Merchandise Commercial use: +100% of total price (Can utilize the artwork for physical merchandise such as: Keychains, Posters, Postcard, Mugs, Dakimakura pillow)

  • The delivery of the commission is by email or Vgen final delivery.

  • I accept orders by order of arrival or payment. If the first orders have not yet been paid, commissions already paid have higher priority.

  • Please write in a clear and nice manner, as well as providing neat references and not just paragraphs of text

Copyright

The commissioner is allowed to;

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use (streaming / content use).

  • Print the art for themselves, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

The commissioner is not allowed to;

  • Take credit for the art, edit it, trace it, recolor it, or remove or cover the watermark.

  • Use my works in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or future inventions. Any use of the artwork for any adverising or profits associated with AI technology is strictly prohibited.
